At Next College, we believe that learning extends far beyond the classroom. Our diverse range of student activities and organizations provides opportunities for leadership development, community service, cultural awareness, and lifelong friendships.
Student Organizations
With over 100 student-led organizations, you'll find plenty of opportunities to pursue your interests, develop new skills, and connect with peers who share your passions.
The official voice of the student body, advocating for student interests and organizing campus-wide initiatives.
Promotes sustainability through campus initiatives, community clean-ups, and educational programs.

Develops public speaking and argumentation skills through competitive debate tournaments and practice sessions.

Our calendar is packed with events throughout the academic year, from welcome week activities to cultural celebrations, guest lectures, performances, and seasonal traditions.
Fall Festival
Location: Main Quad
Annual celebration featuring live music, food vendors, games, and activities for the entire campus community.
Distinguished Speaker Series: Dr. Maya Chen
Location: Anderson Auditorium
Renowned neuroscientist Dr. Maya Chen discusses recent breakthroughs in brain research and their implications for mental health treatment.
Cultural Showcase
Location: Student Center Ballroom
A vibrant celebration of cultures featuring performances, art, and cuisine from around the world, organized by the International Student Association.
Leadership Opportunities
Develop your leadership skills through various campus positions and programs.
Serve as a mentor, resource, and community builder for students in residence halls. RAs receive housing benefits and a monthly stipend.
Welcome new students to campus and help them transition to college life through orientation programs and activities.
Support first-year students by providing academic guidance, campus resources, and personal support throughout their first year.
Represent the college at admissions events, giving campus tours and sharing your college experience with prospective students and families.

- Find at least 5 interested students
- Identify a faculty/staff advisor
- Complete the new organization application
- Develop a constitution and bylaws
- Attend an orientation session
