Frequently Asked Questions
Your student email account can be accessed through the student portal. Log in with your student ID and password, then click on the "Email" icon. You can also set up your college email on your mobile device or desktop email client using the instructions provided in the IT Help section.
Financial aid deadlines are posted on the Financial Aid section of our website, in the student portal under "Financial Aid," and are sent to your student email. The priority deadline for FAFSA submission is March 1st for the upcoming academic year. Contact the Financial Aid Office at (555) 123-4567 for more information.
Course registration takes place through the student portal. Log in, click on "Course Registration," and follow the prompts to search for and select courses. Meet with your academic advisor before registration to ensure you're selecting appropriate courses for your program. Registration dates vary by class standing and are published in the academic calendar.
The Office of Disability Services provides accommodations and support for students with documented disabilities. Services include testing accommodations, note-taking assistance, accessible materials, and assistive technology. There are multiple paths to get involved in research. You can approach faculty members whose research interests you, apply to formal undergraduate research programs, or enroll in research-focused courses.
